Children policy:
– Any child under the age of 16 years may only stay at the Hotel if accompanied by an adult aged at least 18 years
– Children stay free of charge up until 5 years in the room, sharing bed with parents
– Children 4 – 7 years will be charged 50 percent for breakfast and 7 years above fully charge of breakfast  

Group Policy:
A group is defined as more than 5 rooms

Guarantee Policy:
All rates must be guaranteed by valid credit card to confirm the booking

Deposit Policy:
A Deposit may be required after booking

Damage Deposit:
Deposit amount is IDR 500.000, will collect it upon arrival by cash and return it on check out date by cash

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed to bring into the hotel.

General Policy:
– It is not allowed to bring durian, explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the hotel.
– It is not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the hotel. Hotel keeps the right to move this food and beverage. If consume at the Hotel area either at restaurant, pool bar, reception, or pool side area
– it is not allowed to bring cremation ashes to the hotel. Please contact us for special condition
